Initiating a Return

Wait for Authorization: Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return authorization if your return is approved.
Return Authorization
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Exchanges
There is no exchange in our policy without product crash or defected product. Only those products are exchange which are damaged.
